Who is my water supplier?

If you're not completely sure who your water retailer is, the easiest way to check is to simply look at your most recent water bill and who sent it.

When the water market deregulated, businesses in England automatically became a customer of the water retailer associated with the wholesaler in their region.

Water and wastewater issues

If you’re experiencing any issues with your water quality, water supply you should speak to your wholesaler. You can find your wholesaler ​here and their emergency contact numbers here.

If you're a former United Utilities or Severn Trent business customer with water or wastewater issues, contact details for your wholesaler are listed below:

United Utilities:

Got a leak on your site?

If you have a leak on your site/premises Water Plus can also provide a Leak Detection and Repair Service. You can also contact our team at to see how we can help you with your requirements.

Do you have a third party managing your water?

If your water account is managed by a third party, it’s an industry regulatory requirement that we have a letter of authority (LOA) on your account. For more information about a LOA and the LAO form please visit our letter of authority page.
